Reed Education are pleased to be working with a high-achieving secondary school in Northampton as they seek to appoint a skilled, enthusiastic, and innovative ICT Teacher to join their forward-thinking department from September.
The Role
The successful ICT Teacher will:
- Deliver high-quality ICT and Computing lessons across KS3–KS4
- Support pupils in developing digital literacy, coding skills, and problem-solving abilities
- Contribute to curriculum planning and development within a modern and growing department
- Inspire students to engage with the ever-evolving digital world
- Work collaboratively with supportive colleagues and leadership
ICT specialists from various backgrounds—including Computer Science, Digital Media, and IT—are encouraged to apply.

What We’re Looking For
- Strong subject knowledge in ICT / Computing
- Ability to deliver engaging, creative, and practical lessons
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification desirable, but not essential
- Applications welcomed from experienced teachers, ECTs, and FE/HE lecturers looking to transition into school settings
