Security & Network Operation Centre SNOC Agent - DV Clearance

A leading global information and communication technology company are seeking a dedicated and skilled SNOC Agent to join our dynamic team. The Security Operations Centre (SOC) and Network Operations Centre (NOC) operate 24/7 to ensure the continuous monitoring, alerting, and resolution of security and network-related events. As a SNOC Agent, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the availability and security of our services, providing the primary route for all account-related incidents.

Due to the nature of this contract role and the end clients being within the defence and security sector you will be required to already have DV Clearance. This contract is initially for 6 months and based in London

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide continuous coverage of the SOC on a shift basis.
• Conduct initial triage and resolution of security-related events and incidents.
• Monitor and resolve network-related faults in collaboration with the NOC.
• Follow agreed processes and procedures, utilizing appropriate escalation paths.
• Deliver medium complexity work packages as part of customer implementation projects.
• Communicate basic technical information to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

Required Skills:

• Self-sufficient with recognized specialist skills supporting multiple products.
• Ability to understand complex situations and activities.
• Strong communication skills, particularly in conveying technical information to non-technical people.
• Experience working in a shift rota that provides 24/7 coverage.
