Security Systems Team Leader

Role Details

• 12-month contract
• Milton Keynes based with international travel
• £445 per day Inside IR35 (Umbrella)
• Minimum SC Clearance required, DV highly advantageous
• British Citizens only

Responsibilities

• Lead installation teams delivering security systems projects across the UK and overseas
• Provide technical leadership across CCTV, Access Control, Public Address and associated security infrastructure
• Review technical designs, drawings and project documentation
• Coordinate site activities, stakeholders and delivery partners
• Oversee testing, commissioning and deployment of systems
• Deliver coaching, knowledge transfer and technical guidance to engineers

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience leading security systems installations within secure or high-security environments
• Strong background in CCTV, Access Control, Public Address Systems or structured cabling infrastructure
• Experience reviewing technical documentation, planning deployments and managing installation activities
• Knowledge of electrical installation, testing requirements and Health & Safety processes
• Experience with technologies such as Hanwha, I-Pro, Hirsch/Identiv, ASL/Zenitel or Bosch highly desirable
• Level 3 Electrical/Electronic qualification, ECS Card and SMSTS (or equivalent) preferred
