As the company continues to expand, we’re looking for a driven and technically confident Account Manager to join the Sales Department at our Wirral office.

The Role

This is a consultative sales role where you will manage and grow a portfolio of B2B and B2C customers, providing expert guidance across a wide range of PC hardware and custom-build solutions. You’ll be responsible for developing long-term relationships, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring customers receive accurate, knowledgeable advice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts across business, education, and reseller channels.
  • Provide in-depth technical advice on PC components and custom-built systems.
  • Convert inbound leads and proactively identify new sales opportunities.
  • Prepare accurate quotes and tailored system recommendations.
  • Work closely with technical and production teams to ensure correct specifications and smooth delivery.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and partners.
  • Track sales performance and contribute to forecasting.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and after-sales support.

Essential Experience

This role requires previous experience selling PC hardware or related technology products.

You must have hands-on knowledge of components such as:

  • CPUs
  • GPUs / Graphics Cards
  • Motherboards
  • Power Supplies (PSUs)
  • Memory (RAM)
  • NVMe SSDs & Hard Drives
  • Cooling Solutions
  • PC Cases & Accessories

You should be able to confidently discuss compatibility, performance differences, and customer use-cases (e.g., gaming, workstation workloads, upgrades, and system builds).

About You

  • Proven experience in hardware or technology sales.
  • Strong technical understanding of PC components.
  • Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Commercially aware, target-driven, and self-motivated.
  • Able to manage multiple accounts and prioritise effectively.
  • Passionate about technology, custom PCs, or performance computing.
