We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in Salesforce to support a high-profile, revenue-positive transformation programme. This role is crucial for the delivery of a new scheme aimed at supporting vulnerable customers and achieving long-term regulatory and commercial benefits.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Lead end-to-end business analysis across multiple workstreams.
• Capture, analyse, and document both business and functional requirements.
• Work closely with product owners, Salesforce teams, technical architects, and delivery partners.
• Support process design across online, postal, and telephone journeys.
• Ensure regulatory, operational, and customer experience considerations are embedded in the project.
• Facilitate workshops and act as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst in large-scale, complex programmes.
• Strong Salesforce expertise is essential.
• Experience in delivering multi-channel customer solutions (digital and assisted).
• Ability to work in regulated environments and navigate policy-driven change.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Desirable: Experience with automation, verification, order fulfilment, or reporting solutions.
