At Reed Professional Services, we're looking for a Senior Business Development Manager who can introduce our brand, our message, and our value to new clients across the Reed Group.

You'll work closely with our talented teams, giving you all the tools, training, and support you need to thrive. If you're ambitious, collaborative, and ready to play a key role in our growth journey, we'd love to meet you.

What you'll be doing

As a Senior Business Development Manager, you'll lead the way in generating new business and creating long-lasting client partnerships for Reed Professional Services.

Here's what your day-to-day might look like:

  • Working with the Managing Consultant to understand and deliver our Go-To-Market strategy in your area
  • Using a mix of sales and marketing approaches-calls, email (including HubSpot sequencing), LinkedIn, events, and bids-to create new opportunities
  • Leading bid responses and shaping compelling proposals
  • Building a strong internal and external network to help bring our services to life
  • Scoping new projects alongside our experienced consultants and delivery specialists
  • Managing the full solution design process to ensure we meet our clients' needs
  • Drafting proposals and pricing models for new services and projects
  • Guiding clients seamlessly from initial conversation through to delivery
  • Nurturing ongoing relationships so you become a trusted partner for our clients

Essential experience
  • Background in consultancy and/or managed services
