You’ll be joining a growing Research & Development function, working on systems with real-world impact in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

About the role

As a Senior C++ Software Developer, you will play a key role in the design, development, and maintenance of customer-facing and internal applications. You’ll work closely with Product and Testing teams to deliver features through to full release, while contributing to both new development and ongoing enhancement of core systems.

You’ll also support and mentor other developers, sharing knowledge, encouraging best practices, and helping to build a strong, collaborative engineering culture. A key part of the role is championing continuous improvement and supporting skill development across the team.

Over time, the responsibilities will evolve as you gain deeper exposure to the systems and architecture. The role will progress towards becoming a key contributor to the organisation’s modernisation strategy, including increased work with cloud-based infrastructure and services.
