The Opportunity

As a Senior Dynamics Developer, you’ll join a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team responsible for building and enhancing enterprise-grade solutions. You’ll take ownership of complex development work, contribute to technical strategy, and help drive best practices across the team.

This role offers strong scope for progression, with opportunities to expand your skill set across adjacent technologies and take on leadership, mentoring, and strategic responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, configure, and maintain complex applications using MS Dynamics and Power Platform within a cloud-first (Azure) environment
  • Build and customise model-driven and canvas apps
  • Develop Power Automate flows, integrating with Dataverse and other data sources
  • Deliver integrations with Azure services such as Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Azure Functions
  • Collaborate closely with testers and stakeholders to align on requirements, acceptance criteria, and quality standards
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve defects, incidents, and system issues
  • Contribute to technical strategy, architecture discussions, and engineering standards
  • Implement APIs and toolkits to support integration, security, performance, and scalability
  • Promote best practices across Agile, DevOps, and secure development
  • Ensure delivery aligns with governance, compliance, and security frameworks
  • Drive continuous improvement, exploring innovative and efficient ways to solve problems

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Act as a senior figure within the team, mentoring and coaching junior developers
  • Foster a collaborative, knowledge-sharing environment across teams
  • Engage effectively with stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes
  • Support delivery planning and contribute to project management activities when required
  • Take ownership of decisions and drive delivery within your team

What We’re Looking For

Experience:

  • Proven experience delivering complex technical solutions within large-scale projects
  • Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Advocate of DevOps principles and modern engineering practices
  • Experience working in a cloud-first Azure environment
  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps

Technical Skills:

  • Strong experience with MS Dynamics CRM and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
  • Solid understanding of architecture patterns such as microservices and SOA
  • Proficiency in at least one of the following: C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Python
  • Experience writing and maintaining unit tests
  • Strong integration experience across Azure services

Working Arrangements

  • Hybrid working model with some on-site presence required (20% of working-time across a month in-office)
