As they continue to scale, they're looking for a Senior Front-End Engineer to play a key role in shaping the future of their product and engineering function.
The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Front-End Engineer who enjoys combining hands-on development with technical leadership.
You'll lead the development of user-facing features across a modern SaaS platform, helping translate complex business requirements into intuitive, scalable and high-performing user experiences. Working closely with Product, Design and Engineering teams, you'll influence front-end architecture, champion best practices and support the growth of fellow engineers.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading the design and development of responsive, scalable front-end applications using React, TypeScript and modern JavaScript frameworks
- Collaborating with Product Managers and Designers to deliver exceptional user experiences
- Driving best practices around accessibility, performance and maintainability
- Contributing to front-end architecture decisions and long-term technical strategy
- Mentoring and supporting other developers within the team
- Promoting clean code, testing standards and continuous improvement across engineering
- Working cross-functionally to deliver impactful product enhancements
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years' experience in front-end software development
- Strong commercial experience with React and TypeScript
- Experience working with Vue.js
- Knowledge of .NET (C#) and RESTful APIs
- Strong understanding of front-end architecture, design patterns and component-based development
- Experience with modern testing tools and practices, such as Playwright
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Git, CI/CD and DevOps practices
- Experience with Azure DevOps would be advantageous
- Strong understanding of accessibility, responsive design and web performance optimisation
- Previous mentoring or technical leadership experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
