A Senior HR Reporting Analyst is required for our legal client. The successful candidate will be a technically skilled and insight-driven Senior HR Report Analyst who will be joining a dynamic HR Reporting & Analytics team. Key Responsibilities-

  • Build and enhance the People Data Model using Workday Prism and Power BI
  • Develop scalable, automated reporting solutions that deliver actionable workforce insights
  • Collaborate across HR and business teams to support strategic planning and performance analysis
  • Drive data initiatives across workforce planning, HR operations, and strategic projects

Experience required-

  • Proven experience in workforce or business analytics
  • Strong knowledge of Power BI or similar BI tools
  • Hands-on experience with Workday reporting (Prism Analytics preferred)
  • Solid SQL and Excel skills
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication abilities
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
