We’re seeking a hands-on, forward-thinking Senior IT Manager – Corporate Applications to drive our client’s enterprise systems roadmap and lead a global team across ERP, Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and Analytics platforms.

The Mission

You will oversee strategy, delivery, and operations for all corporate applications, with a strong emphasis on NetSuite, financial systems, project management tools, HR platforms, and integrations. Your focus: system stability, scalability, data quality, and exceptional user adoption while supporting wider digital and AI-driven transformation.

What You’ll Lead

Strategy & Roadmap

  • Build a 3-year applications roadmap covering modernisation, scalability, and integrations.
  • Sponsor key initiatives such as ARM, multi-entity consolidation, procurement automation, and data governance.
  • Manage NetSuite upgrades, testing cycles, and change processes.

Architecture & Integration

  • Own solution architecture across Financials, Order Management, Inventory, Logistics, SuiteCommerce, and SuitePeople.
  • Oversee customisations using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics and RESTlets.
  • Lead integrations via Celigo, Boomi, MuleSoft, and REST APIs.
  • Drive MDM, data governance, and reporting (Power BI, Tableau).

Operations & Reliability

  • Lead L2/L3 support, release management, and incident/change processes.
  • Define SLAs, track KPIs, and reduce recurring issues.
  • Manage production and sandbox environments and deployment pipelines.

AI & Transformation

  • Develop and deliver an AI-enabled applications strategy.
  • Identify automation and predictive analytics opportunities.
  • Promote Responsible AI principles across systems and teams.

Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Lead and develop a high-performing global team.
  • Manage vendors, budgets, licensing, and SOWs.
  • Influence executives and drive adoption of best-in-class business systems.

What You Bring

  • Strong background in ERP and business systems leadership.
  • Experience leading global application/IT teams.
  • In-depth NetSuite expertise across Financials, SCM, CRM, WMS, ARM, SuiteScript, and SuiteApps.
  • Knowledge of SDLC, Agile/DevOps, CI/CD, and ITIL.
  • Integration experience (Celigo, Boomi, MuleSoft, REST APIs).
  • Familiarity with Azure/AWS and Microsoft 365/Power BI.
  • Solid understanding of key business processes (O2C, P2P, R2R, P2P/Production, H2R).
  • Bonus: multi-entity consolidation, Salesforce/ADP integrations, Avalara, OpenAir, SuiteCommerce, and relevant certifications.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, leadership, and stakeholder skills.
