Senior IT Project Manager

Reed Technology is supporting a growing Microsoft-focused MSP that's looking to hire a Senior IT Project Manager on a permanent basis.

The role will involve leading the successful delivery of multiple customer-facing projects across a Microsoft Professional Services environment, managing several concurrent engagements while building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing multiple concurrent projects and programmes of varying size and complexity across strategic customer accounts.
  • Take ownership of project delivery, commercial performance, customer satisfaction and successful business outcomes.
  • Leading project initiation activities, including project stand-up calls with customers and technical teams.
  • Coordinating project delivery using PRINCE2 Agile and Scrum methodologies, including sprint planning, review sessions and regular customer and technical team meetings.
  • Provide mentoring and guidance to other Project Managers and delivery team members.

Requirements:

  • Experience delivering multiple concurrent IT transformation and professional services projects, ideally within an MSP, consultancy, or professional services environment.
  • Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills, including experience managing project budgets, commercial considerations, delivery challenges, and customer relationships.
  • Proven experience delivering Microsoft technology projects, including Microsoft 365, Azure, Power Platform, and Modern Workplace solutions.
  • Based in Scotland.
