Senior ITSM Architect - Contract - DV Clearance - Hampshire

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior ITSM Tooling Architect to support a major Digital Transformation programme within a highly secure Defence environment. You will lead the design, configuration and implementation of enterprise-scale ITSM tooling solutions across cloud, hybrid and on-premises infrastructures.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver solution architecture and design documentation for complex ITSM platforms.
• Work within an Agile team to support secure, resilient tooling implementations.
• Provide subject matter expertise across ITSM processes and tooling.

Essential Skills

• Strong experience with ITSM/ITIL tooling (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy/Helix, CA SDM, Cherwell, Freshworks, ManageEngine).
• In-depth knowledge of ITSM/ITIL/ITOM/eTOM frameworks (ITIL v4 preferred).
• Architecture and implementation of secure enterprise solutions.
• Technical knowledge including Windows Server, Active Directory, SQL/SQL Clustering, PKI.
• Scripting and integration experience: PowerShell, SQL, JavaScript, REST, C#, Power BI.
