Senior Power Platform Developer

We are seeking a Power Platform Lead to spearhead the development and deployment of our Power Platform environment. This role involves utilising the full potential of the platform, including Logic Apps, and designing a range of solutions tailored to specific requirements. The successful candidate will provide expert technical leadership in the governance, design, build, and continual improvement of the Microsoft Power Platform as part of our Corporate Core and Customer Transformation Programmes.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Lead the development and deployment of the Power Platform environment, ensuring the full potential of the platform is utilised.
• Design and implement a range of solutions based on specific project requirements.
• Provide expert technical leadership in the governance, design, build, and continual improvement of the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Deliver project work streams to drive efficiency and evidence outcomes within the framework of Agile project methodology.
• Develop a cost-effective license and optimised infrastructure model for the Power Platform.
• Establish and manage a Centre of Excellence for the Power Platform.
• Ensure seamless deployment of all Power Platform solutions, including the integration of pipelines and DevOps practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in leading major digital transformation projects within the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Demonstrable experience in implementing a cost-effective license model for the Power Platform.
• Ability to develop an optimised infrastructure model for the Power Platform.
• Experience in establishing and leading a Centre of Excellence for the Power Platform.
• Strong background in delivering solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Proficient in Agile project methodology and seamless deployment models, including DevOps.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
