The Opportunity
We are hiring a high-performing Technology / IT Recruitment Consultant to join our established, revenue-driven tech recruitment team.
You will take full ownership of either a permanent or a contract technology desk, aligned to your experience and billing background. Each desk operates independently, allowing genuine market focus, stronger client relationships and greater earning potential.
This role offers the autonomy, client access and infrastructure required to scale billings quickly, while benefiting from the stability and security of a large, well-established corporate organisation.
This opportunity is aimed at recruiters who consistently outperform targets and are looking for an environment that properly rewards performance without sacrificing long-term security.
Key Responsibilities
Owning and growing a commercially valuable technology recruitment desk (permanent or contract)
Developing high-value client partnerships within the technology market
Driving new business while expanding existing revenue streams
Delivering recruitment solutions across IT and technology roles
Managing interviews, offers, onboarding and compliance end to end
Consistently achieving ambitious revenue targets
Who we are looking for
Proven experience as a Technology or IT Recruitment Consultant
Agency recruitment background with strong historic billings
Confident managing fees, rates and senior client stakeholders
Commercially driven, target focused and self-sufficient
This role is not suitable for trainees, junior recruiters or non-tech recruiters.Applicants without prior technology recruitment experience will not be considered.
