Whether your experience is in permanent or contract recruitment, you will have the autonomy and support to scale your billings quickly in a high-demand technology market.

What you will be doing

  • Owning and developing your technology recruitment desk (permanent or contract)

  • Building and managing high-value client relationships

  • Driving new business and expanding existing accounts

  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from brief through to onboarding

  • Delivering recruitment solutions across IT and technology roles

  • Consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets

What we are looking for

  • Proven experience in technology or IT recruitment within an agency environment

  • Strong track record of billing success

  • Confidence managing fees, rates and senior stakeholders

  • Commercially driven with a target-focused mindset

  • Self-sufficient, motivated and results-oriented
