Senior Procurement Officer
About the Role: REED Procurement have partnered with a brilliant organisation in the Public Sector who are known for their flexibility. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Procurement Officer to join their collaborative procurement team. This is a strategic role where you’ll lead complex procurement projects across a wide range of categories including Professional Services, IT, and Operations.
You’ll be responsible for managing high-value tenders and frameworks, guiding client departments through the full procurement lifecycle—from initial scoping to contract mobilisation and ongoing management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver strategic procurement projects with genuinely interesting category work on cutting edge technologies in the sector.
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes including contract management
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
- Ensure compliance with relevant procurement legislation and best practices
About You: You’ll be an experienced procurement professional with a strong understanding of public sector procurement. You’ll be confident managing complex projects independently and have excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
