My client, a leader in the media sector, is seeking a senior project manager who specialises in cultural change to join their UK workforce. Candidates can be based out of either London, Cardiff, Birmingham or Manchester and must have experience and knowledge of Creative Industries Independent Standards Authority, CIISA.

The senior project manager will utilise their project management skills to support successful delivery and to ensure consistency and coherence across the work – linked into the objectives and implementation of the wider Culture Transformation work. 

Key responsibilities:

• Draw out key information from internal and external stakeholders to develop an ambitious and achievable plan of work
• Facilitate collaborative working relationships across various stakeholders
• Monitor and advise on performance, including key achievements and implement corrective action plans where needed.
• Work closely with senior divisional colleagues – winning their trust and respect to ensure successful delivery
• Support the Project Director in the management of programme activities, change and RAID logs
• Deliver cross-programme reporting requirements
• Support the team in developing processes, tools, reports, etc. to facilitate understanding and decision-making across the portfolio.
• Monitor and report on compliance to processes and ensure adherence to project controls, managing corrective actions where needed
• Manage and report on delivery plans and flag variance
• Ensure adherence to policies and standards for project management including health and safety, financial, legal, technology and any other compliance requirements.

Experience:

• experience in programme or project management, ideally in a complex, fast-paced delivery environment.
• significant experience in a similar role with experience directly interacting with stakeholders.
• willingness to be flexible and adaptable to the changing needs of complex and fast-paced programmes and resilient to the challenges of working across a portfolio
• the ability to navigate complex environments, and work with a wide range of disciplines
• a positive, pragmatic mindset.
• an understanding of the creative industry.
