We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our team at Reed Professional Services, working closely with a client's Commercial team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in managing Salesforce projects, particularly those who have delivered significant phases of project deployment.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Lead the delivery of multiple phases of a major Salesforce project, following successful post-deployment releases.
• Implement scaled agile methodologies to transition the project into a more iterative, product-led development cycle.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of Salesforce solutions.
• Monitor project progress, addressing potential issues and making adjustments as necessary.
• Maintain communication with all project stakeholders, providing regular updates and gathering feedback to enhance project outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, specifically with Salesforce projects.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud.
• Experience in AI modelling and churn prevention.
• Robust technical background, with the ability to lead and support project teams in issue resolution.
• Excellent delegation and negotiation skills.
• Commercial acumen with experience in value-driven supplier management.
• Resilient and persistent, with the drive to maintain progress and resolve issues.
• Innovative and creative thinking; excellent problem-solving skills.
• Desirable: Exceptional analytical skills and strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
