We are seeking an accomplished Senior Project Manager to join our team, working closely with the CRM team as they transition from business-case shaping into full delivery. This role is ideal for someone with a strong track record in delivering Salesforce-based transformation projects, particularly within large, regulated, or matrixed organisations.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Take charge of the project from business case development through to structured delivery.
• Manage the delivery of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including automation, journeys, segmentation, email/SMS channels, and activation.
• Oversee Salesforce Data Cloud operations including unified profiles, identity resolution, ingestion, and modelling.
• Handle data cleansing, data migration, and data feed integrations into Salesforce.
• Refine business cases, validate scope, and plan expanded phases of work to fully leverage Marketing Cloud automation and Data Cloud capabilities.
• Establish robust data pipelines into Salesforce, enhancing the overall CRM strategy.
• Align technology, data, and CRM stakeholder groups, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven end-to-end delivery experience on Salesforce transformation programmes.
• Hands-on delivery management of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and practical understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Experience in managing data cleansing, data migration, and data feed integrations into Salesforce.
• Strong governance, RAID management, stakeholder alignment, and reporting skills.
• Ability to take a project from business case development to structured delivery.
• Skilled at working across CRM, data, marketing, digital, and engineering teams.
• Comfortable translating technical requirements into clear delivery workstreams.
• Adept at managing senior stakeholders and cross-functional dependencies.
• Experience in multi-cloud Salesforce delivery and strong in data-heavy project environments.
