We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a portfolio of critical cyber, infrastructure, and IT-focused initiatives. This role is ideal for a project manager with a strong governance mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels while maintaining a calm, assured presence.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Lead the delivery of multiple concurrent cyber, infrastructure, and IT projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Own project governance, including RAID management, reporting, financial controls, and adherence to delivery frameworks.
  • Drive delivery of the UEBA programme, ensuring effective integration with wider security platforms and analytics tools.
  • Manage delivery of Certificate Authority and Data Loss Prevention initiatives, coordinating technical teams and ensuring compliance to security standards.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, resource strategies, and delivery roadmaps.
  • Act as a key liaison between technical teams, cyber teams, business stakeholders, and third-party suppliers.
  • Provide clear, concise communication and updates to senior leadership, contributing to governance boards and steering groups.
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues, ensuring proactive mitigation and strong decision-making.
  • Foster a collaborative working environment across cross-functional teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven Senior Project Management experience within large, complex organisations.
  • Strong background in infrastructure, IT delivery, and cybersecurity-related programmes.
  • Demonstrable experience delivering projects governed by structured methodologies such as MSP, Prince2, or similar.
  • Excellent governance discipline—comfortable owning RAID logs, financials, plans, reporting, and documentation to a high standard.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with a “quietly confident” style—credible, calm, and trusted by technical and non-technical leaders.
  • Ability to challenge constructively and drive clarity in complex delivery environments.

Desirable:

  • Experience working in regulated or critical-infrastructure environments.
  • Experience of working in large enterprise delivery structures.
  • Exposure to Certificate Authority, cryptographic services, or identity/access-management solutions.
