- Contract Type: Contract (Inside IR35)
- Location: Farringdon (2 days per week onsite)
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major, high-impact transformation programme. This complex initiative involves multiple suppliers, systems, and integrations, including new Salesforce capabilities. The role demands end-to-end management across a highly visible programme with regulatory, operational, and commercial significance.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Own and drive the delivery of a complex, multi-supplier programme.
- Manage integration across approximately 10 interdependent systems and solutions.
- Lead vendor and partner management, ensuring clear accountability and delivery alignment.
- Coordinate delivery across business, technology, operations, and regulatory stakeholders.
- Manage risks, dependencies, budgets, and delivery timelines.
- Ensure governance, reporting, and controls are appropriate for a large transformation programme.
- Work closely with Salesforce delivery teams and system integrators.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager on large, complex programmes.
- Strong experience managing multiple suppliers and system integrations.
- Hands-on experience delivering Salesforce-enabled solutions (essential).
- Experience delivering multi-channel customer journeys (digital, postal, and telephony).
- Comfortable operating in regulated, outcome-driven environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills at a senior level.
