Senior Project Manager

• Contract Type: Contract (Inside IR35)
• Location: Farringdon (2 days per week onsite)
• Contract Duration: Until March 2027

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a high-profile, complex transformation programme. This role is crucial for managing significant commercial and regulatory impacts within a multi-supplier, multi-system environment.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Own end-to-end project delivery across approximately 10 integrated solutions, including new and existing Salesforce capabilities.
• Lead planning, delivery, and governance across multiple workstreams, ensuring dependencies are clearly understood, tracked, and managed.
• Drive delivery pace while managing the risk of regret spend in an evolving regulatory environment.
• Coordinate multiple delivery partners, with Salesforce and Accenture as primary suppliers, ensuring clear accountability and alignment to milestones.
• Act as a central point of coordination across internal teams, delivery partners, and executive stakeholders, ensuring progress, managing risk, and driving issue resolution.
• Confidently brief and engage senior leaders and C-level stakeholders with clear, concise updates on progress, risks, decisions, and options.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in complex, enterprise-scale programmes.
• Strong track record of managing multiple suppliers and system integrations.
• Experience working in environments with significant technical complexity and dependencies.
• Confident in engaging and presenting at all levels, including executive and C-suite.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and issue-resolution skills.
• Strong governance, planning, and control disciplines.
• Desirable: Experience delivering Salesforce-centric programmes and working alongside global SIs. Experience in programmes with high commercial or regulatory impact.
