Senior Project Manager

• Location: Farringdon, London (Hybrid - 3 days a week onsite)

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead significant systems integration and transition workstreams within a large-scale transformation project for one of our London based clients.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Lead complex systems integration workstreams within a large transformation programme.
• Manage multiple delivery leads/project managers across platform teams.
• Own and maintain integrated plans, milestones, and dependency maps.
• Coordinate Architects, Business Analysts, Test Managers, and Delivery Leads within the System Integrator model.
• Act as the central point of accountability for cross-system impacts and delivery alignment.
• Proactively identify and mitigate delivery, transition, and operational risks.
• Provide clear, consistent reporting to senior programme leadership.
• Ensure deployments support live operational environments with minimal disruption.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager on large, complex transformation programmes.
• Strong background in operational IT and systems integration (multi-platform environments).
• Demonstrable experience managing cross-system dependencies and integrated delivery plans.
• Comfortable working across technical, functional, and operational stakeholders.
• Ability to challenge and validate delivery logic without acting as a solution architect.
• Experience with route/workload management systems, PDA or field-based operational platforms, reporting and data platforms, and enterprise transition or migration activity.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Calm, assured delivery style suited to nationally critical programmes.

Desirable (Not Essential):

• Experience in logistics, postal, retail, or large-scale field operations.
• Prior work in regulated or public service environments.
• Familiarity with phased national rollouts and MVP-to-integrated delivery models.
