Senior Sales Administrator
I’m working with a rapidly growing tech business in central Scotland who are looking to bring in a Senior Sales Administrator to strengthen their commercial operations. This is a brilliant role for someone who enjoys creating structure, keeping teams aligned, and owning the processes that keep a busy Sales function running smoothly.
The Opportunity
You’ll become the organisational anchor for the Sales team — the person who always knows what’s happening, what’s due next, and who needs to be involved. Your work will ensure customers receive a polished, consistent experience throughout their journey, while enabling senior sales leaders to concentrate on strategic priorities and high-value opportunities.
Working Hours - 9-5
Pay - £28,000 - £32,000 per annum (DOE)
Placement - 1 - 3 months (agency contract)
Opportunity - Temp to Perm
Location - Stirling
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinating key customer programmes and ensuring actions are completed on time
- Preparing the Sales Directors for meetings and driving timely follow-up
- Managing commercial documents, templates and shared resources
- Keeping the CRM (HubSpot) accurate, tidy and genuinely useful for reporting
- Supporting the progression of contracts and commercial paperwork
- Organising travel, customer visits, conferences and wider team logistics
- Acting as the operational contact for external partners
- Ensuring smooth internal processes from sales activity through to delivery
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in a senior administrative, coordination or commercial support role
- Excellent organisational discipline with a calm, proactive working style
- Confident using CRM systems and maintaining clean, accurate data
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work with senior stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a fast-developing environment with evolving processes
- (Bonus) Experience in science, technology, engineering or advanced manufacturing sectors
