Senior UX Researcher
Reed Technology is partnering with a leading public-sector organisation to recruit a Senior UX Researcher for an innovative digital transformation project. This role will lead end-to-end service design and research activities, ensuring solutions are inclusive, accessible, and grounded in user insight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Product Managers and other involved stakeholders to define research objectives and the UX roadmap.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to uncover needs, pain points, and motivations.
- Map and visualise customer journeys and service blueprints to identify improvement opportunities.
- Design new or enhanced services that deliver measurable value.
- Create low and high fidelity prototypes based on existing design patterns.
- Provide UX feedback to an Agile delivery team to compliment sprint cycles.
- Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in user research (qualitative & quantitative) and service design.
- Strong ability to map customer journeys and develop service blueprints.
- Expertise in inclusive and accessible design practices.
- Skilled in prototyping (low/high fidelity) and familiar with service design principles.
- Solid understanding of GDPR and research ethics.
- Ideally with Axure RP experience.
