The Role
We are currently seeking a friendly, organised, and customer-focused Service Desk Receptionist to join our team in Coalville. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering a high standard of customer service.
As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the service desk and providing support to both customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, calls, and emails
- Managing the service desk and logging requests accurately
- Providing a professional and welcoming front-of-house experience
- Handling enquiries and directing them to the appropriate teams
- Supporting administrative tasks including data entry and reporting
- Maintaining records and ensuring all systems are kept up to date
- Assisting with coordinating service requests and follow-ups
About You
- Previous experience in a reception, service desk, or customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident using IT systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
- A professional and friendly attitude
