My industry leading client based in London is looking for an experienced Service Analyst with strong experience working in ITIL environments
Role Purpose
Deliver end-to-end IT service operations including reporting, performance monitoring, service improvements, supplier performance tracking, and ensuring availability of IT services across the organisation.
Experience/Responsibilities
- Strong experience working in IT environments
- Strong experience using Power BI and Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Proven ability to produce accurate, insightful service reports
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to identify trends, risks, and service improvements
- Experience working with IT Service Management tools and reporting modules
- Experience working within ITIL environments
