Job Opportunity: Service Desk Administrator

Location: Isleworth – TW7

Hours: Full-Time, Permanent

Package: £25,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monthly Reporting: Collate and submit Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) reports on a monthly basis.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously develop and enhance reporting processes to ensure clarity, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • First Point of Contact: Handle incoming calls and emails professionally, providing a responsive and helpful service desk experience.
  • Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative support to the service team, including cover for specific accounts during staff absence or annual leave.
  • Coordination: Liaise effectively with contractors and in-house engineers to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Documentation Management: Maintain and organise service-related documentation and records to support operational efficiency.

Candidate Will be/Must have:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and courteous telephone manner.
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail, particularly in managing documentation and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
