Service Desk Analyst
We have a great opportunity for an experienced Service Desk Analyst to join a growing IT business, working on a mix of escalations, project delivery and technical ownership across infrastructure, cloud and security.
What you’ll be doing
- Acting as the point of contact for service desk tickets
- Delivering projects both remotely and onsite
- Working across Microsoft 365, Entra, virtualisation, scripting and endpoint management
- Managing and maintaining documentation, SOPs and technical guides
- Ensuring best practice across security, compliance, communication and client experience
What we’re looking for
- Experience within a similar role
- Troubleshooting skills across hardware, software and infrastructure
- Understanding of security principles, compliance and vulnerability management
- Excellent communication skills and a strong client-focused mindset
- Full UK driving licence
