ServiceNow Solution Architect

A global professional services organisation is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to join their team to support on one of their high-profile accounts. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the client as part of their ServiceNow team, delivering innovative solutions and driving technical excellence across the platform.

This is an initial 3-month contract position with a daily rate of £630 per day via an Umbrella company (inside IR35) and the role is based in Central London and offers hybrid working (2 to 3 days a week in the office).

Key Responsibilities

As a ServiceNow Solution Architect, you will:

• Translate client requirements into differentiated, deliverable solutions using deep expertise in ServiceNow.
• Act as a subject matter expert, providing leadership and guidance to ensure team performance and quality outcomes.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams across the organisation, influencing key decisions and delivering solutions to complex challenges.
• Provide oversight of Technical Governance across the ServiceNow platform.
• Enforce coding standards across both Accenture and Post Office development teams.
• Design and document High-Level Design (HLD) artefacts for proposed solutions.
• Act as an escalation point for issues and development blockers.
• Proactively identify and log improvement opportunities for the business.
• Contribute to platform health management and technical triage of major issues when required.
