Software Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Software Development Manager to lead and inspire a team of talented developers working with C#.NET. This is a key leadership role where you will ensure high-quality software delivery, robust processes, and compliance within a regulated industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Drive adherence to quality standards and best practices across the development lifecycle.
• Implement and maintain effective processes for software development and testing.
• Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of issues, risks, and resolutions related to the software product.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align development activities with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor team performance and project progress, providing clear and timely updates.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in software development or testing, ideally within a regulated industry.
• Strong understanding of C#.NET and modern development practices. Some hands-on coding will be expected when required. 
• Process-driven mindset with a focus on quality and compliance.
• Excellent people management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Strong communication and reporting skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, structured environment.
