Software Integration Specialist
Reed Technology is delighted to be partnering with a prestigious services organisation in Edinburgh, currently looking to expand their team with the addition of a skilled Software Integration Specialist.
The Software Integration Specialist plays a crucial role within a customer facing environment, responsible for assisting in the design and implementation of their integration options, providing technical and non technical support and ensuring data integrity,
Key Responsibilities
- Work in close collaboration with customers to secure end-to-end implementation of their integration options, supporting them along the process and advising them on the best solutions to ensure data integrity.
- Support strategic software integration solutions, including analysis, scoping, design, testing, roll-out and support documentation.
- Identify change requests for technical development with a focus on always improving the service integration experience.
- Collaborate with the development team to refine design and expand the scope of integration solutions based on feedback from customer operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer facing role, focused on IT / Application support and/or data migration.
- Experience working with SQL.
- Knowledge of modern integration technologies, principles and best practices.
- Experience developing process documentation (process flows, user guides, technical requirements, etc.).
- Excellent service skills, can easily build rapport and act as a trusted advisor for clients.
