MOSAIC Tester

We are seeking a MOSAIC Tester to ensure our systems are robust, data is accurate, and meet the specific needs of Children's and Adult's social care services. This role is crucial for leading and coordinating testing activities to support large-scale system implementations and data migration projects.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Lead and own the project's activities around testing.
- Coordinate testing activities across the project team and business users.
- Support and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) ensuring business readiness and formal sign-off before go-live.
- Work closely with the data migration workstream to identify data-related issues and ensure data integrity.
- Manage defect identification, triage, prioritisation, and resolution in collaboration with the project team.
- Collaborate with both children's and adult's social care teams and senior stakeholders to ensure the system aligns with service requirements and operational processes.
- Provide clear test progress reporting, risks, and recommendations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of the Mosaic system.
- Experience with understanding SQL transformations and testing against landed data.
- Experience in a local authority or similar public sector organisation, particularly within Children's or Adult's Social Care.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Proven track record in supporting large-scale system implementations and data migration projects.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, managing multiple priorities both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical users.
