• Permanent – up to 90,000 per annum DOE

We are seeking a Solution Lead to spearhead the definition and delivery of high-stakes assessment solutions for large, complex awarding organisations. This role involves leading a team and working closely with customers, sales staff, and delivery teams to craft and implement comprehensive solutions that address customer needs effectively.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Act as the Solution Authority for large-scale digital transformation projects, understanding in detail how clients use our platforms to meet their business needs.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with client stakeholders, acting as an expert in our solutions.
• Document solution specifics for client solutions and work with customers to support their evolving business needs.
• Lead detailed solution design and specification based on customer requirements and strategic product directions.
• Lead a team of Solution Owners, acting as the interface between customers and internal teams during customer acceptance testing of changes and maintenance releases.
• Provide guidance to support, operations, and development teams on issue resolution and workarounds, ensuring high-quality implementation and delivery of product and solution changes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Extensive experience as a delivery lead for cross-functional software implementation projects.
• Strong background in an Agile software development environment.
• In-depth knowledge of the full Software Delivery Lifecycle.
• Exceptional customer focus with experience working with decision-makers within customer organisations.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively articulating requirements to internal and external stakeholders and translating business requirements into development user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and adapt communication style as needed.
• Demonstrable ability to motivate teams to work efficiently together.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the dynamic needs of projects.
