SuccessFactors Functional Lead

My client, a leader in the media sector, is looking for a skilled SuccessFactors Functional Lead to support a key delivery within their Recruitment modules.

As a crucial member of the delivery team, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of the requirements meets the high user experience expectation, and configuration aligns with policy guidelines. 

Reporting directly to the SuccessFactors Product Owner, you’ll be part of a dynamic environment where your contributions will drive meaningful outcomes.

Main responsibilities

Essential Technical Skills

  • Extensive experience in SuccessFactors Recruitment Management, Recruitment Marketing, Onboarding implementation, including Reporting, Integrations, Testing, and Knowledge transfer; certified in Recruitment and Onboarding 2.0 with hands-on configuration.
  • Involved in 2-3 full end-to-end SuccessFactors recruitment implementations with experience working client-side.
  • Confident in leading presentations and solution design
  • Proven decision-making skills to evaluate technical trade-offs, prioritise effectively, and adapt communication between technical and business stakeholders.
  • Responsible for ensuring systems design and architecture meet non-functional requirements in security, data requirements, accessibility, performance, and compliance.
  • Skilled in creating and managing test scenarios to cover wide-ranging processes and functionalities; proficient in using test tools for defect tracking and resolution.
  • Collaborates with business process owners and stakeholders to gather requirements, champion best practices, and deliver tailored system solutions.
  • Strong expertise in working with implementation partners and vendors, ensuring functionality, integrations, and contractual obligations are met and challenge designs that are not fit for purpose.
