Senior Supply Chain Analyst (Digital Transformation)

Join our dynamic team as a Supply Chain Analyst and enhance the effectiveness, efficiency, and digital maturity of our supply chain operations. This role is pivotal in owning supply chain master data, business process management, analytics, and systems support, delivering accurate data, meaningful performance insights, and digital solutions that enable informed decision-making and optimise operational performance.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Own and maintain Supply Chain master data governance across various processes within ERP and supporting systems.
- Develop and improve digital solutions, dashboards, and analytics tools to provide actionable insights on inventory, service, planning, capacity, and supply chain performance.
- Leverage digital technologies, automation, and AI-enabled tools to enhance planning accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Act as a key user for supply chain systems, supporting system enhancements, testing, implementation activities, and user training.
- Lead business process management activities including process mapping, standardisation, and continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain.
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes, eliminate waste, and improve performance using Lean and digital transformation methodologies.
- Conduct root cause analysis on supply chain issues and support monthly demand and supply review processes.
- Use data-driven insights to support decision-making and improve service, inventory, and cost performance.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders across the supply chain, production, and leadership teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Operations Management or a related field.
- Demonstrable experience in supply chain, production planning, procurement, logistics, or manufacturing, preferably in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or FMCG manufacturing.
- Proficiency in Master Data Management, Data Governance, and advanced analytical and reporting using Excel, Power BI, and other data visualisation tools.
- Experience with digital supply chain systems and ERP applications (SAP preferred).
- Strong understanding of MRP, process optimisation, Lean, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills.
- Self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset and aptitude for learning and development.
