We are seeking a SuccessFactors Systems Specialist to take full ownership of our client’s SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS). This role is not just about maintaining systems but enhancing and optimizing them to meet the evolving needs of our business and drive digital learning transformation.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Administer, configure, and optimise the SuccessFactors LMS to meet both business needs and compliance regulations.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of other SuccessFactors Talent Modules such as Employee Central, Performance, Goals, Succession, and Compensation.
- Manage the configuration, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of the LMS.
- Troubleshoot issues, conduct testing, and implement system enhancements.
- Support system integrations, addressing issues or enhancements and collaborating with third-party providers to implement changes.
- Partner with IT teams on integrations, upgrades, and new functionalities.
- Provide support to learning administrators and end-users, ensuring smooth operation of all LMS processes.
- Ensure data integrity, compliance, and alignment with governance standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors LMS, including configuration, administration, and optimisation.
- Strong understanding of learning administration processes.
- Good knowledge of data flow and dependencies from Employee Central to LMS.
- Exposure to other SuccessFactors modules such as Performance, Goals, Succession, and Compensation is ideal.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to effectively partner with IT and HR stakeholders.
