Systems Accountant - Interim (Finance Data & System Change Accountant) Belfast City Centre | Hybrid | Parking 6-9 Month Contract £37,964.53 - £50,000.00 per annum Reed Finance is partnered with an organisation in Belfast city centre in the appointment of a Finance Data & Systems Change Accountant to lead the financial data preparation, reconciliation, and migration activities associated with the implementation of a new Finance and Procurement ERP system. This role is essential for ensuring the integrity of financial data transferred into the new system, supporting the redesign of accounting structures and processes, and providing technical accounting expertise throughout testing, go-live, and post-implementation activities. Day-to-Day of the Role: Finance Data Migration Financial Reconciliation & Control Chart of Accounts & Systems Configuration Testing & User Acceptance Training & Business Readiness Post Go-Live Support Required Skills & Qualifications: Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA) or finalist or part qualified with relevant experience. Significant experience in finance systems implementation, upgrade, or optimisation projects. Strong technical accounting knowledge, including financial controls and financial reporting requirements. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including the use of lookups, reconciliation techniques, and complex data manipulation. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
