Systems & MI Analyst

Location: SN4

Salary: Dependent on experience

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: 8.30am – 17.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am – 15.00pm on Fridays. Office based 5 days a week.

We’re looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Systems & MI Analyst to join our client's team; If you're passionate about data, systems, meeting operational targets for your clients and keeping up to date with technology changes, please get in touch.

• Provide key statistical data and projections to help the Practice meet operational target
• Act as the subject matter expert on Salesforce, ensuring full utilisation of its capabilities
• Respond to day-to-day system queries and offer practical support across the team
• Manage tasks independently with a strong sense of ownership and timely delivery
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external IT suppliers and Head Office contacts
• Liaise with the Office Manager to escalate issues appropriately and efficiently
• Ensure systems and client files are secure and compliant with data protection standards
• Stay current with technology trends and system enhancements, especially Salesforce and related platforms
