Systems and Performance Manager
Are you an experienced systems professional with a passion for optimising performance and driving efficiency? We’re looking for a Systems and Performance Manager to join Greater London Authority and play a key role in managing and improving their correspondence and case management systems.

Location: City Hall, Kamal Chunchie Way, London, E16 1ZE Contract: 3-month contract (with possibility of further extensions)Pay: PAYE: £28.42 or Umbrella: £37.00 per hour
What you’ll be doing
- Acting as product manager for CRM and case management systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, Asana, and Salesforce.
- Supporting the procurement and implementation of new systems.
- Administering our bespoke correspondence system, including user setup and troubleshooting.
- Delivering training sessions to ensure colleagues can use systems effectively.
- Liaising with system suppliers, including GLA Technology Group and TfL Technology Services.
- Exploring telephony systems such as Cirrus to enhance operational performance.
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in product management for CRM or bespoke correspondence systems.
- Strong understanding of system administration and procurement processes.
- Familiarity with telephony systems and business continuity planning.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver engaging training sessions.
