Tableau Developer

About the Role

Tableau Developer, you will play a key role in transforming raw data into actionable insights through interactive dashboards and reports. You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver data solutions that drive strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports.
• Gather and analyze business requirements to deliver effective BI solutions.
• Optimize and troubleshoot existing Tableau dashboards for performance and usability.
• Integrate Tableau with various data sources (SQL, Excel, cloud platforms, etc.).
• Collaborate with business analysts, data engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Provide training and support to end-users on Tableau best practices.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across all visualizations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Tableau Developer or in a similar BI/Data Visualization role.
• Strong proficiency in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.
• Solid understanding of SQL and data modeling concepts.
• Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
