We’re looking for a Learning Materials Developer to join our Development Department and help shape the future of education in electric vehicles and green technologies.
About the Role
As a Learning Materials Developer, you’ll be responsible for creating and maintaining interactive, technology-based educational content. Your work will support students in colleges, schools, and universities studying vehicle maintenance and engineering subjects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop interactive, computer-based learning materials tailored to engineering and vehicle technology.
- Author both digital and paper-based educational resources.
- Research technical subjects to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure high-quality outputs.
- Proofread, edit, and test learning materials.
- Stay up to date with advancements in electronics, automotive, mechatronics, control systems, and telecommunications.
- Use proprietary editing tools and standard software packages (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Customer Support, Sales, Marketing, and Production.
What We’re Looking For
- A degree (or equivalent) in engineering; teaching experience is a strong advantage.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Experience in researching and presenting technical information.
- A proactive, flexible, and self-motivated approach.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work across teams.
- Ability to manage workload independently and meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Familiarity with structured quality management systems.
- Commitment to confidentiality and professional conduct.
