What We’re Looking For

  • Prior experience in a similar role or come from a technical system background seeking to move into a Business Analyst position.
  • Strong interest in modernising business systems and continuous learning.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proven experience in systems support or providing Business Analysis.
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft-based systems and related technologies.
  • Exceptional communication skills to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver measurable benefits and align with strategic objectives.
  • Coordinate system upgrades, testing, and business readiness.
  • Monitor integrations and resolve data discrepancies.
