Assignment Details: Role: Tech Delivery SME (SAP HCM Expert)Location: London – hybridRate: £730 per day inside IR35 (including holiday pay)Duration: 3-month contractMandatory: Active SC Clearance

Overview: An experienced SAP HCM Subject Matter Expert is required to lead delivery and adoption activity across a high-profile programme. This role will act as a trusted technical advisor, guiding the client through implementation and deployment while ensuring excellence in delivery and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end delivery and adoption of SAP HCM within the current programme.
• Apply deep technical expertise, strong business acumen, and clear communication to advise and guide the client throughout implementation.
• Operate as a senior SME, collaborating with and managing the wider team, and taking ownership of key delivery decisions.
• Work closely with Functional teams, contributing to critical design choices and providing cross-team solutions.
• Lead and support the deployment of SAP HCM, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and the user community to support solution adoption.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Master-level proficiency in SAP HCM Personnel Administration (mandatory).
• Expert proficiency in SAP HCM Organisational Management (highly desirable).
• Strong background in Delivery Excellence and Stakeholder Engagement.
• Proven experience acting as a trusted advisor within complex technical programmes.
• Active SC Clearance (mandatory).
