Reed is recruiting on behalf of a leading electronics and instrumentation manufacturer in Exeter for a Technical Sales Advisor.
This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused individual with technical sales, electronics, instrumentation, or engineering experience to join a specialist team supporting customers with product enquiries and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing customer enquiries and identifying suitable solutions
- Preparing quotations and processing orders
- Following up sales opportunities
- Providing initial technical guidance
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Working closely with technical specialists to support customer requirements
About You
- Experience in technical sales, internal sales, account management, or customer support
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Customer-focused and solutions-driven approach
Desirable:
- Knowledge of low-voltage electronics
- Electronics, instrumentation, or engineering background
- Experience within manufacturing or industrial sectors
