Sales Performance Manager – North Region

Base Salary: c.£52,000 + Monthly Incentive + Annual Bonus Remote (Field-Based – Ideally Leeds Based)

A fast-growing international organisation in the mobility and consumer technology sector is seeking an experienced Sales Performance Manager to lead commercial performance across the North region. Based ideally in Leeds, you’ll be perfectly placed to cover key markets including Yorkshire, the North West, and the North East, supporting a diverse network of retail partners and driving regional sales growth.

The Role

As the Sales Performance Manager for the North, you will act as the commercial lead for your region, ensuring retail partners are fully supported, aligned with national strategy, and equipped to achieve outstanding results. You’ll analyse market conditions, identify growth opportunities, and deliver commercial initiatives that elevate performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hit Regional Sales Targets – Drive consistent performance through planning, forecasting, and hands-on commercial leadership.
  • Retail Partner Coaching & Engagement – Build strong, influential relationships with partner sites, supporting them to improve conversion, standards, and customer experience.
  • Execute Sales & Promotional Plans – Roll out tactical campaigns and commercial initiatives, adapting regionally where required.
  • Market & Competitor Insight – Monitor trends across the North, identifying opportunities to strengthen regional positioning.
  • Customer Experience Excellence – Ensure partner locations maintain high levels of service and operational consistency.
  • Reporting & Analysis – Produce clear, data-driven reports that highlight regional trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment – Collaborate with central operations, marketing, product, and aftersales teams to support regional success.

About You

  • Strong background in sales leadership, ideally in mobility, consumer products, franchised retail, or multi-site field environments.
  • Proven ability to drive performance, influence partners, and implement commercial strategies.
  • Analytical, commercially minded, and confident turning insight into action.
  • Excellent communicator with strong coaching and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Comfortable working autonomously and travelling across the region.
