We are seeking a Transition Manager to facilitate a smooth transition for a major organisational change. This senior-level role involves close collaboration with key stakeholders, ensuring a seamless separation with minimal impact on ongoing services.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Work closely with stakeholders to design and implement an effective exit plan.
- Coordinate across various departments including IT, Procurement, and Finance to manage the three main pillars of the exit: Technology, Contracts, and People.
- Ensure that the transition process does not adversely affect the services provided to other parties.
- Lead and guide the transition team, setting clear objectives and timelines to achieve a successful separation.
- Monitor the transition process, making adjustments as necessary to meet the desired outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in IT and senior management roles, ideally within a context of managing the separation of partnerships or shared services.
- Strong understanding of IT, Procurement, Finance, and Tupe regulations.
- Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and multi-stakeholder environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to foresee potential issues and proactively address them.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with various teams and stakeholders.
