Warehouse/Production Assistant
Type: Temporary on going
Pay: £13.26ph
Hours: 35 hours per week- you can do either 07:30-15:30 or 8:00-16:00
Overview: The role is working in a small team of 4-5 and will be sat down most of the day supporting inventory, relabelling products and updating internal system and excel spreadsheets. The role is not making parts and doesn't require production experience. Need to have great attention to detail.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail, good computer skills, and experience working in a fast-paced production or warehouse environment.
The Role
As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for processing customer orders and ensuring products are prepared accurately and efficiently to meet quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Programming components using specialised production software and equipment
- Labelling products in line with customer specifications
- Accurately identifying and handling product part numbers
- Processing and completing orders within the company ERP system
- Preparing, packing and dispatching customer orders
- Maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy throughout production
About You
- Good Microsoft Office skills
- Experience using computer-based systems (ERP, CRM or similar)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good organisational skills
- A positive and reliable work ethic
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in core subjects
Previous experience within manufacturing, production, assembly or order processing would be advantageous but is not essential.
