Web Experience Developer (Marketing Agency)
Hybrid – 3 days office / 2 remote Salary: Up to £50,000 (DOE)
We’re a growing marketing agency creating high-performing digital experiences for a wide range of brands. We’re looking for an experienced Web Experience Developer (Front-End) who loves building fast, accessible, conversion-focused websites and campaign experiences.
This role is ideal for someone who sits comfortably between design, marketing, and development, and takes pride in turning creative ideas into polished, user-friendly digital experiences that drive results.
Key Responsibilities
- Building responsive, user-focused front-end experiences for marketing websites and campaigns
- Developing landing pages, microsites, and interfaces designed to support lead generation and conversion
- Collaborating closely with designers to faithfully translate designs into production-ready code
- Implementing animations, interactions, and UI enhancements using modern JavaScript
- Optimising front-end performance, accessibility, and SEO best practices
- Supporting marketing teams with A/B tests, content updates, and marketing campaign launches
- Working within Zoho and other CMS / platform tools to support marketing functionality
- Maintaining clean, scalable, and reusable front-end code across projects
- Managing tasks and feedback through internal project management and CRM systems
What We’re Looking For
- Must have proven work experience in similar Front-End Web Experience role, preferably within a Marketing Agency/Retail environment
- Experience with HTML and JavaScript
- Proven experience building marketing-led websites, landing pages, or digital campaigns
- Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility
- Comfortable working in an agency environment with multiple clients and deadlines
- Experience collaborating with designers, marketers, and non-technical stakeholders
Salary up to £50,000, depending on experience, hybrid working with flexible hours, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension scheme, friendly culture - working in a dynamic, forward-thinking agency environment!
